Refund policy

All Scalp Micropigmentation Procedures are non-refundable after the procedure is performed. All fulfilled SMP Packages are final. A refund can only be issued 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancelations under 24 hours will not be honored. A client must give 24-hour written notice prior to canceling an SMP appointment.

To start a return, you can contact us at vividcosmeticstudio@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a refund to the account that the procedure was initially booked with.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
No refunds on Cosmetic Tattoo Procedures after they are performed. If you decide that SMP is not right for you after the procedure is performed, Laser Tattoo removal can be purchased at an additional cost to the client. Vivid Cosmetic Tattoo is not responsible for failed SMP pigment retention for clients who fail to follow the proper "Post SMP Care" Instructions. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Gift Cards expire after one (1) Year of purchase date. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
