Laser Tattoo Removal Membership - Single Tattoo Under 5" Inches

Laser Tattoo Removal Membership (6- Sessions/Year) commitment. Membership switches to Month-to-Month after the 6th Payment. The Member can log in and cancel a membership by logging into their portal after the 6th month or Email George@Vividcosmeticstudio.com to officially request a membership to be canceled. Cancelation must be documented in writting 30 days Prior to EFT payment on the 15th of each month.

6-Month Membership (Billed on 15th of every Month), then switched to Month-to-Month. 

1 Picosecond Laser Session Per Month (Every 4-6 Weeks)

If the tattoo is fully removed before the 6th month, a membership can be canceled after approval from Vivid Cosmetic Studio Management. 

After the 6th month, Membership will switch to a month to month membership and can be canceled at any time after the 6th payment has been made.
